IMPORTANT NOTE BEFORE USE:
1. The eSIM usage will be counted as one day at 23:59 (GMT+8). The package validity period begins as soon as the eSIM is successfully scanned and installed on your device.
2. Do not turn on Data Roaming until you arrive in the required country to AVOID the eSIM automatically starting to consume 4G data from your package.
3. The eSIM can only be installed when there is an active internet connection.
4. Please do not delete the eSIM after activation, as it can only be activated once. SimplifyTrip will unfortunately be unable to support you if the eSIM has been removed from your device.
5. Once activated, the eSIM cannot be transferred to another device.
6. If you encounter any issues during the scanning process, please report them immediately for support.
eSIM SET UP GUIDE
For IOS:
Step 1: Go to Settings > Cellular
Step 2: Select Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan > Choose Use QR code
Step 3: Scan QR code > Click Next to finish the installation. Or tap Enter Details Manually and enter the activation code if you can not use your device to scan your QR.
Step 4: Upon arrival at your destination, turn off your main SIM/eSIM then turn on travel eSIM and Data Roaming or Cellular Data to start using the internet
(Note: Do not enable Data Roaming beforehand to prevent early activation of the eSIM and avoid unnecessary 4G data consumption from your package).
For Android:
Step 1: Go to Settings > Connections > SIM manager
Step 2: Select Add Mobile Package > Scan QR code or tap Enter Details Manually and enter the activation code if you can not use your device to scan your QR.
Step 3: Click Next to finish the installation
Step 4: Upon arrival at your destination, turn on Data Roaming or Cellular Data to start using the internet
